Ingredients: 2 strips bacon (If desired, substitute bacon with ham. Stir 1/3 cup diced ham and onions in 2 Tbsp. hot vegetable oil in skillet. Continue as directed above), diced; 3 green onions, thinly sliced; 1 egg, beaten; 3 cups cold cooked rice; 1 pkg. Kikkoman Seasoning Mix. Directions: 1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Stir in onions. Add egg and scramble. 2. Add rice. Cook until heated, gently separating grains. 3. Sprinkle seasoning mix over rice; cook and stir until well blended. Makes 3 to 4 servings. If desired, substitute bacon with ham. Stir 1/3 cup diced ham and onions in 2 Tbsp. hot vegetable oil in skillet. Continue as directed above.
