Directions
You Will Need: 1/4 Cup Water. 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil. 1 Egg*. 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F for aluminum pan or 350 degrees F for glass pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool completely. Store tightly covered. For an 8 inches × 8 inches or 9 inches × 9 inches pan. Nonstick pan at 325 degrees F for 34 to 39 minutes. Glass 350 degrees F for 37 to 42 minutes. In an Aluminum at 325 degrees F for 37 to 42 minutes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Make brownies using 1/3 cup water and 1/4 cup oil. * For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Do not eat raw brownie batter.
