For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a Food thermometer. Cooking Guide: Remove the Lamb Rib Chops from the packaging, and season with salt, pepper & chopped garlic (optional). Brush lightly with olive oil. Heat the grill or saute pan with 1 tablespoon of oil to medium/hot. Place the Lamb Rib Chops on the grill or in the saute pan, lower the grill/stove to medium/stove to medium, cook 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare (145 degrees F internal temperature). Remove from the grill and allow the rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
