Marinate and grill beef steaks 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick, cook 12-16 mins. With a fork, pierce both sides of steak. Place in a zip lock bag with marinade to coat. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours turning once. Discard marinade. Grill uncovered over medium coals or on gas grill on medium high, or broil 3-4 inches from element. Cook to desired doneness medium rare (135 degrees F) to medium (145 degrees F), turning halfway through. 1.
