Air fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C). 2. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook full bag for 14-16 minutes, cook half bag for 10-12 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across and 11 inches x 17 inches baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full bag: 20-22 minutes. Half bag: 10-12 minutes. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw.
