All You Need:• 2 Tbsp. oil• 2 lbs. beef stew cubes• 3 cups water• 3 cups cut up vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and onions• 1 cup frozen green peas• 1 pkg. Lawry's Beef Stew Spices & Seasoning MixMakes 10 cups Stew.Heat oil in large saucepot over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook until browned on all sides.Stir in water and Spices & Seasonings Mix. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add vegetables; simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in peas. Let stand 5 minutes.
