Ready Made Fondue: Instructions for Use: To prepare Swiss Knight Fondue, just open according to instructions on end panel and place contents in a heavy saucepan or double boiler. Heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour mixture into a chafing dish or fondue pot to keep Swiss Knight Fondue boiling hot. Microwave Directions: To prepare Swiss Knight Fondue, just open according to instructions on end panel and place contents in a microwave-safe dish or bowl. Heat at high power for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Pour mixture into a chafing dish or fondue pot to keep Swiss Knight Fondue boiling hot. Caution: When the product is prepared, the cheese, fondue, fondue pot or other heating source will be hot and may cause burns or other serious injury to body parts it comes into contact with, plus damage to other objects. Do not microwave. Serve: Dip pieces of crusty, French bread into the fondue stirring each time. For a change, substitute the bread for cubes of cooked ham or smoked meat. Flavor Variations: Spicy Fondue: Rub the inside of the chafing dish with a cut clove of garlic and add a dash of nutmeg. Or add a few drops of tabasco for real zest. Curried Fondue: Stir in1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder. Fondue Diable: Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Onion Fondue Dip: add 1/4 cup heavy cream and 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion soup mix.
