Tequila Ocho Reposado is rested for 8 weeks in seasoned ex-American whiskey barrels, the bare minimum amount of time as required by law. This aging process imparts complexity while allowing for maximum agave presence. The bold, single-estate agave flavors are proof that terroir exists in tequila. Produced artisanally, this expression uses only overripe agaves that are slow-cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented, double-distilled at low temperatures, and aged for only 8 weeks. Ocho Reposado offers sweet agave flavors with notes of spice, cinnamon, and vanilla, with a long, creamy finish.
