Storage: Once mixed, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; Avoid extreme temperatures. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: Measure Water: 2 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 1 scoop (8.6 g). Measure Water: 4 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 2 scoops. Measure Water: 6 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 3 scoops. Measure Water: 8 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 4 scoops. Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula.
