You Will Need: Eggs, Milk, Butter (melted) or oil (canola or neutral flavored oil). 4-In Pancakes: 6; Waffles: 3; Mix: 1 cup; Milk: 1/2 cup; Eggs: 1; Butter: 2 Tbsp. 4-In Pancakes: 12; Waffles: 6; Mix: 2 cups; Milk: 1 cup; Eggs: 2; Butter: 4 Tbsp. 4-In Pancakes: 18; Waffles: 9; Mix: Full package; Milk: 1-1/4 cup; Eggs: 3, Butter: 6 Tbsp. For Pancakes: Preheat griddle or a large nonstick skillet over low heat for a few minutes. Add a generous amount of oil or butter. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oil, and whisk to blend. Stir in pancake mix until combined. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet and cook until edges start to turn brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes and serve right away with your favorite toppings. For waffles: Lightly oil and preheat waffle iron. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into waffle iron, leaving enough room for the waffle to expand. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and serve right away with your favorite toppings. Do not eat raw batter. Store in a cool dry place. You're going to flip!
