Est 2012. Dam good times. Troy has not brewed in a long time, and I was giving him a hard time about coming up with something unique. Maybe, just maybe, he lost his talent. To prove me wrong he jumped on his little 3 BBL system and came up with terps. What the heck are terps, you ask? Terps are aromatic molecules that enhance and complement the hop flavor and aromas used in this beer. This new style, IPA, has a unique, fruity, and tropical flavor profile.
