Conventional Oven. Place rack in center of oven, and preheat to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Convection Oven. Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Air Fryer. Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer and cook for 15-18 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying.
