Meatball Seasoning Mix: Bread Crumbs (Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour [Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Leavening [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate], Sugar, Vegetable Shortening, Dextrose, Yeast, Natural Flavor), Sugar, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Soy Protein Concentrate, Corn Syrup Solids, Paprika, Spices, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Garlic, Soy Lecithin, and Disodium Inosinate, and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers). Sauce Mix: Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Salt, Butter (Cream [Milk], Salt), Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Nonfat Dry Milk, Spices, Chicken Fat, Caramel Color, Chicken Broth, Disodium Inosinate, and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers), and Extractives of Rosemary.

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix 1 lb. lean ground beef 1/3 cup water 2 Tbsp. oil 2 cups milk Directions 1. Cut open pouch #1 for Sauce Mix first. Pour contents into small bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut open pouch #2 for Seasoning Mix second. Pour contents into large bowl. Add beef and water; mix until well blended. Shape into 1-1/2-inch meatballs. 3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat. 4. Stir milk and reserved Sauce Mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired. To Bake Meatballs: Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 375°F oven 12 minutes or until cooked through.
